Microsoft Announces Game Feast

By Joe Dodson, 9/1/2010 2:29 AM

Following their Summer of Game promotion, in which a bunch of high profile titles were released for Xbox Live Arcade, Microsoft will debut their Game Feast on September 29.

Game Feast is a four course meal, if you will, of interesting Xbox Live Arcade games. First up, on September 29, is Hydrophobia - a game about a woman on an island with a bunch of rich men. It sounds like Bioshock lite, but we'll see, and soon.

On October 6, the makers of 'Splosion Man will release Comic Jumper, a game about a man who rights comic book narratives gone wrong (so he'll basically get the girl, get the girl, and save the kitten from the wood chipper).

Then there's a bit of an interlude on October 13 with Pinball FX 2 - which is a free pinball game. We like everything about that.

And finally, the headliner will be Super Meat Boy, a game about a boy who is meat (or a meat who is boy, we aren't sure) - on a quest to save his girlfriend from a tuxedo clad fetus.

Finally, it's worth pointing out that Plants vs. Zombies arrives in about a week - September 8 to be exact.

So, will they be announcing what the hell makes it worth raising prices of Xbox Live to gamers?
