Many old-school PC gamers will remember the classic 4X space strategy game Master of Orion. Now, you can relive the joy with a free "spiritual successor" that works on modern machines.
FreeOrion is a work-in-progress free version of the classic Microprose space strategy game Master of Orion, and it tries to maintain its stellar style through the first two games and not that hideous third one that was released.
