Note: Before installing, please make sure that you have DirectX 9.0c already installed.
During the installation you will (if needed) receive an update to a specific DirectX version required by the game, but you will need to have 9.0c installed prior to installation for the process to be successful.
You can download DirectX 9.0c
here from Microsoft.
To check your current DirectX version:
Press Start on your task bar, then click Run, then enter: "dxdiag" and press
. A box should pop up with the information displayed. Look for DirectX Version: near the bottom of the information displayed. E.g: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
Note: Older installation downloads than the latest may cause problems when trying to update your client, please always use the latest download version when installing.
