James Cameron's Avatar: The Game will take you deep into the heart of Pandora, an alien planet that is beyond imagination. Gamers will encounter the Na’vi, Pandora’s indigenous people and discover other life forms the likes of which have never been seen in the world of video games before. When conflict erupts between the RDA Corporation, a space-faring consortium in search of valuable resources, and the Na’vi, gamers will find themselves thrust into a fight for the heart of a planet and the fate of a civilization.
Installation:
Run Avatar_The_Game_Demo.exe
Choose a location to extract the setup files.
Run the setup.exe from the destination folder.
If you get a CRC error in regards to a missing ReadMe_uk.txt, this can be ignored.
By default, the game will install to:
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Demo\James Cameron's AVATAR - THE GAME (Demo)\bin
Run the AvatarDemo.exe in this folder (shortcuts are not automatically created by the install)
Requirements:
VERY IMPORTANT! Ensure that Windows XP has Service Pack 2 (or better) or that Windows Vista has Service Pack 1 (or better).

* Processor:
o 3 Ghz Intel Pentium D 830
o AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ or better
* RAM: 1 GB Windows XP / 2 GB Windows Vista, Windows 7
* Video card:
o NVidia 6800 or ATI X1650 or better
o 256 MB DirectX 10.0-compliant video card or DirectX
o 9.0c-compliant card with Shader Model 3.0 or higher
