Here's a playable demo of Dawn of Discovery (known as Anno 1404 in Europe), the historical real-time strategy game from Ubisoft. The demo offers two campaign chapters and a sample of the Continuous Game mode.
Set in the Orient, Dawn of Discovery offers a richness of features never before seen, bringing the ANNO series to a new level. Exploring a strange and fascinating island world in the utmost East, players will get to know the culture and technology of the ancient Orient while learning the tricks of local trade, diplomacy and economy in order to build their own metropolis.
Two game modes are accessible:
# Campaign chapter 1 and 2 (each chapter playable for 1 hour max)
# Continous Game (with predefined settings – playable for 1 hour max)
Further Limitations: In the Demo the civilization levels are limited to Peasants, Citizens and Nomads. The attainments are limited to level 1 only. No online functionality. No achievements.
