Here's a patch that will update Penumbra: Requiem to version 1.01 with various fixes, optimizations, and even more puzzle solutions.IMPORTANT: This updated has been tested with Penumbra: Requiem sold through Gamer's Gate. It is yet not known if it will work with Direct2Drive versions.
