Evochron Renegades v1.908 Server

This server program for Evochron Renegades, the freeform 3D Space Combat, Trading, Racing, Exploration, and Mercenary Simulation, has been updated for the new build (version 1.908) and includes the addition of a date stamp on recorded messages in addition to the time stamp, by player request. The update also includes the universe data file integrity check.
