Here's one of five multiplayer videos released by THQ to accompany the announcement that Red Faction: Guerrilla's Multiplayer Beta has gone live on the Xbox Live.August 1st, 2008 -- THQ today announced the Red Faction®: Guerrilla™ Multiplayer Beta is now available over Xbox Live. 22,000 keys will be given on away on IGN.com, beginning today and continuing on Monday, August 4 and Wednesday, August 6. The beta will give gamers an early look at Red Faction®: Guerrilla™, destruction-based multiplayer game-play and provide valuable consumer feedback to the Volition development team.
About the Beta
The beta will feature two modes. “Team Anarchy” where the minors are fighting against the EDF in team death matches and “Damage Control” where each team has to control 3 strategic points in the map by first destroying them then rebuild them. The Beta supports up to 12 payers and will be online until the 29th of August only on the Xbox Live.
