Here's an updated comprehensive fix for TrackMania United Forever, Nadeo's arcade racing game. It addresses a few issues with the previous patch.

It's mostly here to fix issues in the previous fix:
* now works with windows 2000 .
* the delay on the start line in time attack.
* a few more crash fixed.
