Ship Simulator 2008 v1.0 to v1.4.2 Patch

This patch will upgrade version 1.0 of Ship Simulator 2008 to version 1.4.2. Besides several bugfixes this update includes improvements in the towing and AI systems and new ocean graphics. A full changelog can be found here.
