Here's a minute of Xbox 360 gameplay footage featuring the ancient Masari race from Universe at War: Earth Assault.The Masari are an ancient race of technological druids that came to earth centuries ago and hid themselves from detection under the ocean by their enemies, the Hierarchy. Awakened from their dormant state earlier than expected, they are surprised to discover a battle already raging between the forces of the robotic Novus and the monstrous Hierarchy war machines above. With little choice, Queen Aletea and the other heroes of the Masari defend themselves against both adversaries in an epic battle for survival.
Universe at War: Earth Assault for the Xbox 360 features streamlined console controls to facilitate competitive PC vs Xbox 360 gameplay. The game also features innovative multiplayer features inspired by today’s top MMOs and competitive online environments, giving players achievements, rewards, and medals but in a balanced environment. Each of the game’s factions will have unique paths to victory with completely different styles of play, allowing players from across the globe to battle it out in persistent-style online “campaigns” for ultimate faction supremacy.
